So we decided to get a band photo done with Will filling in, just for history and to document different phases in the existence of ‘Blaze.

The show on Saturday at Burst City with Mossuraya went really well. We really wanted to help our friend Marcia so we wore her new t-shirts. She just started an aerobics business, and we support our friends when they have good ideas, even the ones not in music. Here’s the flyer Murdoch made for her:

It was so hard to get Will to wear the glitter sweat band, he swore he would never do glitter. But I think just that small amount of flare really worked. I mean in the end all the girls were hitting on him, and I think he might even have a girlfriend now.
The photo below was taken towards the end of the night.

Lisa was looks really pumped, because the guys from Mossuraya were raging babes. We ‘shopped Shelly in, cos we miss her. Innez of course, is looking great in a size 24 vintage K-Mart ensemble.

But there’s a better party happening this week and it’s at a new venue called Burst City, just around the corner on the conspicuous side. Swiss punk (Swiss punk?!) band Mossuraya are playing with Lost Domain (old psychmasters), Loose Grip (young upstarts), and new “fangingirl band” Pastel Blaze. This one isn’t for the faint hearted. - SW
